Brought my in-laws car (2006 ml 350) Very happy with service, great price and were willing to accommodate me last minute. Got a few quote at other private shops in the area that quoted me dealer pricing on an oil change (doesn't make sense to me). They took time to let me know about other items that needed to be addressed without any pressure. They were down to earth and didn't feel like a sales pitch. I have two BMWs that I own and plan on returning to them when i need other service done.
