Good service, and car was delivered on time. Only issue I had was that I requested a B service for my C63, and found out after the fact Kahlers B service didn't include a brake flush. However I found out that the Mercedes dealer includes a brake flush as part of their B service. Kahlers was a good value compared with the dealer but would have preferred to know about the added cost of the brake flush up front.
Ian we thank you very much for your review. The reason why we do not include the brake fluid flush with our B service is because brake fluid flushes get done every two years regardless of miles. Your car would be due for service once a year if it was driven over 10k miles. Based on this the brake fluid flush would get done every two years. Customers who drive more then 10k miles a year would be doing more then 2 services in 2 years. Due to this fact we would be doing too many brake fluid flushes even though the two years have not passed. We have quite a lot of customers who commute and put well over 10k miles a year. Each customer is different and have different needs. This helps it make it fair for everyone. I am glad you were happy with our service and hope to see you in the future.
