I first researched Kahlers on yelp and read their reviews. Since we just moved to the East Bay, we were in search of a trusted shop.First I took my Boxter S in and there service was excellent. Since then I have taken both of our BMW's in with similar results. Ash always takes good care of us and we trust their mechanics work. They are a professional, competent shop.DDS-Montclair

I took my 2002 Passat in to get a number of issues resolved including an oil leak, a loose screw in the dash and some electrical issues. Ash and his team fixed everything to a very high standard and also resolved a number of other minor issues.

Being a single woman, seeking a reputable mechanic, a business operating with honesty and integrity as basic fundamentals, was more than a challenge for the first five years. Being a business owner myself, I had little free time to spend writing letters to FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection Agency regarding my horrendous and costly experiences.Then I went to Kahler's. Kahler's is the epitome of professionalism, exceptional customer service, and top quality repairs and maintenance.They made right, what so called knowledgeable mechanics preceding them had done with a shot in the dark approach.They clearly explained everything to me, called to confer with me regarding the required work, the purpose and why, and the cost.
