They're diligent, smart, knowledgeable and honest. I brought my Boxster in because the ride felt really different after replacing the wheels (I hit a bad pothole and bent one). They diagnosed a bad shock, and when I said it still felt weird afterward they did a whole bunch of diagnostic work (examined it mechanically, drove it, swapped the wheels with another Boxster, drove it again to compare the ride) and it turned out everything was actually fine. They could've called me an idiot and told me there was nothing wrong with the car, or they could've done a whole bunch of unnecessary work and charged me a ton of money. Instead they did all this diagnostic work for free, confirmed for sure that it was fine, and gave me the car back without charging me for anything except the initial bad shock. They're expensive, but like, you bought an expensive German car what did you expect? Good value in that context.
