We always get our X1 serviced here. This year was special. The tech observed a couple of issues including a bad thermostat. It turned out that BMW had extended the warranty on this component to 120K miles / 10 years! So both the diagnosis and repair were free. WAY TO GO RAUL!

I called on a Monday morning for an appointment on Tuesday.. they fit me in with no problems. Dropped my car off around 8:30am and got a call at 10:20am for pickup! If I would've went to Mercedes down the road, my car would've been there all day.
