My tranny went unexpectedly. No problem I thought, I have a warranty.... Well, long story short - Ash went above and beyond to eventually get the warranty company to cover costs; that process alone took over one month. Painful. Once the warranty company approved repairs, Kahler's technicians did an outstanding job to rebuild it with quality focus and time sensitivity (I was anxious to get the car back).

There are several things I want when I have my car serviced:(1) ease of making an appointment, of which the availability of the web and e-mail fits the bill.(2) the convenience of drop-off and pick-up at my office.(3) be assured of the quality and completeness of work.

This is a cool facility for expensive cars with great service still at trusted price. They will try to fix things that are really needed and they know what they are doing.

I'm very particular about where I take my Porsche for service. Kahlers is a first-rate facility, excellent staff, and reasonable prices for the quality service they provide.

My car needed a lot of work-- it is driven hard on the track and then sits idle for months. Ash and his staff were very thorough and kept me posted on everything, provided alternatives ideas to solve some of the problems. A great team to work with.

As is always the case when dealing with Kahler's personnel I was greeted and had my service completed within the time frame I was quoted.

This is an excellent facility where I can trust that competent, quality work will consistently be performed on my Porsche.
