Very happy with Ash's customer service in the front office. I definitely recommend Kahler's and will continue to use them as my primary service shop.

Kahlers is the only shop to take your German vehicle. They are thorough, pricing is fair and they explain everything that needs to be done in detail. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Despite no longer bringing our car here to be serviced I wanted to leave a parting 'thumbs up' to the shop. We had extensive, extensive work performed on our lemon of a Mercedes over several years at Kahlers (from approx 2009- to 2014). Our bills were exorbitant, however I feel that the shop always dealt with us fairly and honestly- much better than most. I especially wanted to give props to Ash (the front desk, office manager) he is the face of Kahlers and was always professional, kind and patient, even under stressful circumstances & upset clientele. ( of note: our reasons for parting ways with the shop were not indicative of the quality of repair or service received)

Wow. I am one very satisfied Kahlers customer!!!! My 1991 300CE MBZ was shaking and making all kinds of strange noises that a previous repair shop had diagnosed as a bad spark plug. I had just replaced the plugs 3k miles before and went ahead and had them replaced anyway based on them show me a cracked plug. This produced no change to my symptoms what so sever and I communicated that back the repair shop After speaking with Ash he recommended that I leave it with his team to figure it out. They quickly diagnosed bad motor mounts that was crux of my symptoms The technical team at Kahlers is one that is top notch coupled with expert skills and superior customer service skills to boot. I have no reason to go anywhere else so if you are looking for the best in independent German Repair Service look no further than Kahlers. It's worth the extra drive if you are not close to the Dublin area as it was for me for me.
