Was encountering a misfire on my BMW. I called to make an appt and they were able to get me in first thing next morning. (Dropped me off at work too) By early morning they provided me a diagnostic update of the original problem and provided suggestions for other possible work and preventive needs. I chose to just fix the issue and they had the car ready by noon.

Wow..... these guys get it. After dealing with a another independent German repair shop that was closer to me for about 8 months regarding a chronic problem with my 1991 300ce I stopped by Kahlers and asked Ash to take a few minutes to listen and feel the problem I was having (vibration when idling). Ash whom I had worked with before I moved to Livermore was a true professional. His ability to understand the customer and car equates to a superior customer experience. The Kahler's team diagnosed and provided a very reasonable quote and I now have a brand new 1991 300CE , I am serious as I bought this car is 1998 and it's better than when I bought it. Upon the replacement of the motor mounts this car rides and drives like it came off the show room floor. Its a testament both to the MBZ design and excellent repair work at Kahlers.
