Kahlers has done a great job for me over the last few years. I trust the mechanics and the way they care for my vehicle. One thing I do admire is that they hand wash the vehicles after the service is completed. Due to the rain I did not get that experience and my wife ended up driving a raid trip the next day in an unclean vehicle. So as the husband I took heat for that! If I was not on crutches I think personally I would have washed the outside and vacuumed the inside flawlessly. Lessened learned, always give your wife the clean car.

I like these guys. they've done some pretty minor repairs. I've dealt with Ash and he's pretty straight forward and honest. They've done interior work for me, he had his mechanic looked over my car and gave a heads up on future and up and coming repairs without power selling me on unneeded repairs at that time. I liked the fact that they didn't use FEAR to upsell me. I'm definitely going to be going back now that my 550i would be needing other works soon.thanks guys!

I use yelp extensively before I get services from a company., I feel the reviews for this Auto service center are a bit overrated ..We give 5 stars when you get exceptional service., I am sure these folks are not.. Hence only 4 stars. Some of the spare parts quoted by these folks., parts and labor are more expensive than the nearest dealership ., I strongly recommend you to check the prices outside before getting the work done.

Ash and his team performed a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) for me on a Porsche 2011 911 CS at a local dealership.I live 5 1/2 hours away and relied heavily on his input as to wether or not I would make the trip to consummate the deal.Over the phone and by emailed pictures he walked me through every detail in a very thorough and patient manner.I came away feeling like it was money very well spent,I would highly recommend Kahler's for anyone looking to get a good PPI.

Ash is great. Been taking my 2000 323i to them for years. I get an honest assessment of the issues, full explanation, and quality work. They stand by their work.I used to work on cars as a teenager so I have a general understanding of cars and I never get a snow job. I've had dealers recommending things and will get an honest assessment from Ash and his team. Once they found an issue with the frame and indicated this was an issue that BMW recalled, however it never got the notice. Took it back to dealer to take care of the issue, thanks for catching that. My 2008 535i is coming out of warranty and these guys will continue to be my shop.

My experience with Kahlers over the last couple years has been nothing but top notch service and integrity. And I'm picky! We all know how challenging it is to find an auto service and repair shop we can trust; well I found one here. For starters they communicate well, are timely, seem to really know what they are doing, and explain it well. They'll actually show me the work in progress, and inform me of what might need attention in the future, without "car salesman" pressure. I chatted with a team member as he gave me a ride to pick up my car; he shared that most of their mechanics have worked at Kahlers for years and years! That's always a good sign too.
