I love this place! When you have a problem, they are never too busy to take a look at your car. I needed to have my car looked at first thing on a Monday, and Ash said bring it on in. Within a half hour, they had a diagnosis and a plan of action. So glad to have these guys around!

Service was, as always, terrific. Quality of workmanship is high, attentiveness to details is very good. Very accommodating, and highly trustworthy. Keep up the good work.

Excellent Porsche service.

I was looking for a reliable person who is good in the maintenance of my car as I don't want to take it to the dealer as it is not under warranty anymore . I called Ash but didn't leave a message but he was so good of calling me back through his caller ID, very effective for a prospective customer. I went to the shop and I was very happy for his service. Job well done. I am a very satisfied customer and now I am so happy to go back again for my car maintenance.

Though I'm not thrilled to have visited Kahlers 3x within the last month for unplanned repairs (due to wear/tear). I am however impressed by the awesome customer service received. They are fair in pricing and thoroughly reviewed the recommended fix. Kudos to Ash for explaining in layman's terms the repairs needed.

Excellent and honest.

I went to the Kahler's website and emailed what was wrong with my Porsche and asked for an estimate. Ash responded the next morning with an estimate so I called and spoke with him. He asked when I wanted to bring the car in but that he'd have to order the part. I made the app't for the following week but called back a few minutes later and asked him if he had said they could repair the same day. He said yes so I brought the car in. Their service guy, Steve, had the car for 45 mins and completely removed and installed the window regulator in my car. I was amazed! The cost to replace/install was over $200 less than the dealership. I certainly recommend Kahler's to anyone with a German made auto. Also, they have the cleanest shop I have ever seen.
